Employee Referral Program

Effective: May 23, 2023

COMPANY'S NAME Employee Referral Program aims to encourage and reward employees who contribute to our growth by referring talented individuals to join our team. Below are the details and guidelines for participation:

Eligibility:

    • All full-time regular employees, excluding Vice Presidents and above, are eligible.
    • Directors, Managers, and Hiring Managers are eligible as long as the referred candidate does not report directly to them.
    • The recruiting department is not eligible for referral bonuses.

Eligible Positions:

    • All full-time regular (FTE) positions are eligible.
    • Contractors, temporary workers, and interns are not eligible for the referral bonus.
      • If a referral is initially hired as a contractor or intern and later converted to a full-time regular employee, the bonus will be paid once the guidelines below are met.

Referral Bonus Details and Guidelines:

    • Amount: The referral bonus amount is $X,XXX for full-time regular (FTE) positions and $XX,XXX for senior roles (e.g., Senior Individual Contributor) and above.
    • Approval: The new hire must be in good standing and not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). The referral bonus will also be paid at the discretion of management.
    • Employee Payout: The referral bonus will be paid through regular payroll, subject to all regular payroll taxes, 90 days after the new hire's start date.
    • Referring Employee Eligibility: The referring employee must remain employed with COMPANY'S NAME for at least 90 days after the new hire's start date to be eligible for the bonus.

Submitting Referrals:

  • All referrals must be made via (the company's ATS). Here are instructions on how to submit a referral.

Questions / Discrepancies:

  • Any questions, discrepancies, or duplicate referrals will be resolved by the CEO and Director of Recruiting.
