Hi there, I have 15+ years experience in recruiting for high growth, VC backed startups. I deeply understand the needs of startups and have been a part of building many successful recruiting teams from the ground-up. I approach talent acquisition with passion, curiosity, and humor. A big focal point of my work is being intentional with my hiring so we can find the highest quality candidates for the team and role. This includes aligning teams on who we are hiring, how we can effectively hire them, and provide a great candidate experience along the way. I also enjoy building scalable recruiting processes, making data driven hiring decisions, and enabling recruiters with the best tools available

I want to work with people who take ownership, communicate honestly, and do what they say they will do. I care more about follow through, than polish. I respect and admire people who think for themselves, move fast, and care deeply about their work. Curiosty, communication and collabaration.
